Trudvang Chronicles – Stormlands by RiotMinds

Trudvang Chronicles was voted the “Most anticipated game of 2017” by ENWorld readers and for good reason. Now RiotMinds are running a Kickstarter for Stormlands, the first Regional Sourcebook (100+ pages, hardcover) for this award-winning game. The campaign is also producing the Snowsaga campaign (140+ pages; softcover) and the Frostbitten adventure (in pdf).
Let your adventure begin in the far east, in the grim and cold Stormlands! In this book we will cover the following:
Snowsaga is Riotmind’s first official campaign for Trudvang Chronicles. This project will lead to an English, updated version of the original Swedish book: it is an epic story with a dark tone and a fierce, brutal atmosphere.
This is the campaign where the adventurers battle an ancient threat and incarnation, but also the giant Blodughadda and his army of frost-trolls and their kin. The campaign will take the adventurers to the gates of Helgardh (the dark underworld) and an encounter with the albino logi dragon Nifelfang, to the dwarves mines, and the ancient stronghold Ysetur. It's a long journey and campaign for the heroes that takes part in the Northern parts of the Stormlands.
Frostbitten is a magical adventure set in the enchanted cold north of the Stormlands. This is a romantic and tragic tale where brother stands against brother as ancient bonds of love and vengeance are reforged. Frostbitten is a Trudvang Chronicles adventure designed for one gamemaster and 2-6 players.
Devil’s Run Roleplaying Game (2d20 & Savage Worlds) by Marc Langworthy, Red Scar

Devil’s Run is a post-apocalyptic roleplaying game available for both Savage Worlds and the 2d20 system designed by Modiphius and used in games such as Conan: An Age Undreamed Of, Star Trek Adventures and the forthcoming John Carter RPG. The Devil’s Run RPG will be 320+ pages in length and is set in the same universe as the Route 666 boardgame, also produced by Reed Scar.
In the world of the Devil's Run, a Cold War that had never thawed exploded into a nuclear exchange that forever altered the global stage and plunged the world into chaos. Russia and much of China disappeared in the wake of the first strike launched by the United States, but their retaliatory bombardments razed the East Coast and most of the central states. Spared widescale nuclear devastation, the population centres of the West Coast were instead subjected to the horrors of the Revenant Virus: a deadly and virulent chemical that creates rage-fuelled zombies out of the living.
Blind luck or the hand of the devil himself saved San Francisco from a fate worse than death on the Day of the Apocalypse. Although the city suffered its own wounds as a result of that tumultuous day, it rapidly became a haven for any survivors that could survive the journey to the so-called 'safe zone'. In the twenty years since, new factions that have risen from the ashes of the Old World have turned San Fran's streets into a hotly contested warzone as each vies for domination over the others.
To meet the initial humanitarian obligations that they set themselves, the other countries of the world continue to send aid packages north of the Mexican border that defines the Quarantine Zone. It is these air drops that most often send the factions into a frenzy of roaring engines and blazing guns as they seek to once again claim the prize of the Devil's Run.
If you're a fan of George Miller movies and shows such as the Walking Dead, then you're sure to love everything the Devil's Run RPG has to offer! Although the Revenants from those first days following the Day of the Apocalypse have long since turned to dust, the virus itself still poses a deadly risk, and that is something that we very much intend to explore with the introduction of factions such as the Los Nigromantes, amongst others.
Eye of the Beholder: The Art of Dungeons and Dragons by Cavegirl Productions

The book is a guideline for you to play fairly within the world, as well as give helpful hints and advice on how to have a fun time around the table.
This 250-plus page, full-color, hardback rule book has all the rules you need to play in the world of The Princess Bride. The Princess Bride Roleplaying Game uses a light role-playing engine called "Fudge". Fudge was also designed by Steffan O’Sullivan and features a simple set of rules that requires just three six-sided dice to play. You can even use Fudge dice to make action resolution a bit more streamlined. The book presents a graduated character-creation system, allowing first time players to jump right in, and experienced players can experiment with their own character builds. In addition to the easy rules and character creation, it details the background of The Princess Bride. It has the stats for all the main characters in the movie, as well as descriptions of the places in The Princess Bride. The book also includes adventures and adventure hooks to keep your play group busy for weeks.
The Princess Bride Roleplaying Game is officially licensed, and we have worked with The Princess Bride licensor to bring you this great book full of your favorite shots from the movie.
Folio of Fiendish Monsters 1E monster compendium by Scott Taylor

Scott Taylor and Art of the Genre have produced some wonderful material for 1st Edition AD&D, with their range of Folio adventures as well as their classic ‘orange spine’ hardcovers. The Folio of Fiendish Monsters sees Scott recruit classic D&D artist Jeff Easley for cover duties on this new collection of monsters for 1st Edition.
The book is aiming to be 128 pages, hardcover, with the classic ‘orange’ spine so it won’t look out of place next to your existing AD&D 1st Ed books. The monsters are largely taken from the first twenty Folio adventures.
Kung Fu Animals (Save the World) for the Savage Worlds RPG by Jason L. Blair

Jason Blair (Little Fears) latest project sees him turn to the Savage Worlds system to power his Kung Fu Animals (Save The World) game of butt-kicking mutant heroes.
“I want to create the ultimate roleplaying game for fans of comics and shows like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, ThunderCats, Kung Fu Panda, Street Sharks, Captain Planet, and lesser-known classics like Silver Hawks and Tiger Sharks! I grew up loving those shows--where a cast of not-quite-human outcasts protect the world from nefarious threats and costumed maniacs. But outside of some long out of print books, no RPG has managed to capture the fun, excitement, and sheer oddity of those stories.”
Kung Fu Animals (Save The World) is a setting for the hugely-popular and immensely-fun Savage Worlds roleplaying system. It's a book that gives players the tools to create their own wild universes where semi-human characters become the world's greatest heroes. We start with your character's Origin--did they come to being by accident? Experiment? Are they an alien? A machine?--and then build from there. Each step, you get Edges, Hindrances, and Skills that help shape your unique character.
Player groups are encouraged to build groups together as the best source material revolves around groups of diverse personalities who work together. Pick the size of your group, from lone wolf to dynamic duo to a sprawling troupe of heroes. The size of the group determines the dynamic--and the roles within the group. Is your character the jokester? The leader? The rebel? Or maybe they're the mascot? Or master? You have tons of options, each granting specific bonuses that help your character stand out for their unique qualities.
As with all Savage Settings, Kung Fu Animals (Save The World) is all about getting you to the table and playing as soon as possible. Character creation is quick--and you can shortcut the process even further by selecting a pre-made archetype, adding a few points, and being ready to roll in minutes.
Sommerlund City Maps by Askfageln

Swedish publisher Askfageln have created ten poster sized maps looking at the cities, and lands, of Joe Dever’s classic Lone Wolf setting of Kai.
“The Sommerlund City Maps is a dream project developed by the Italian cartographer Francesco Mattioli in close collaboration with Lone Wolf’s creator Joe Dever, Vincent Lazzari and the Scriptarium and Åskfågeln. Even though we had Joe Dever’s detailed descriptions from his books, his elaborate sketches and detailed input, it took a lot of time to get them finalized. Much thanks to the attention to detail by Francesco Mattioli and his beautiful penmanship. The style, the architecture, the flavor of each city is unique and carried through in his beautiful hand drawn maps, inspired by an old medieval map of Bologna.
We decided early on to make the maps justice by printing them in poster size. Holmgard is the most detailed map, and thus the largest of the ten. Some, like The Kai Monastery is considerably smaller. However, they all came with the same challenge. How do you keep them as gorgeous as they deserve when packed? Our solution was the specially made map tube. That allows us to roll up the maps instead of folding them, which makes them all so much more beautiful and easy to hang on a wall.”
The Sommerlund City Maps contains the following 10 maps in full color – and with the most gorgeous illustrations on their back:
RPG Alignments Hard Enamel Pins by Laura Hammonds

This weeks spotlight on ‘Gamer Pins’ sees a campaign creating a range of enamel pins for each of the nine Alignments in D&D & Pathfinder, allowing you to show your characters true colors pinned to your jacket.
The Good pins will be gold plated, neutral pins copper plated and evil pins silver plated. The pins are about 1.5” and include two backing pins with rubber clasps.
