Dinosaurs On The Streets of Ravnica In This Art Preview

It's a Ravnica bonanza today! In addition to a look at the Ravnica: Broken Pact livestream, and an overview of some races and other rules from the upcoming setting book, there's also an art preview from WotC's Nathan Stewart by artist Vicktor Titov, as part of his Extra Life charity fundraising efforts. Dinosaurs!

That looks terrifying!

How often do they rebuild the trinket shops in the middle of the street? Daily?
Do these Dinosaurs have a beeping sound when they back up?
What happens when the one in the back (with the huge horns) needs to make a U-turn?
Who cleans up the dino-poop/pee (and does a single dino-pee flood the street?)?

Many many questions! :)

Yeah, the first creature seems to be an Indrik (as its similar to the art of the card Affectionate Indrik) who seems to be a mammal.

But are they dinosaurs?
It looks more like mammals resembling a camel/giraffe and a bull/longhorn.

So what if these are mammals? That only means that there exist infants the size of elephants who are still clumsy but also strong enough to tear down a house. Even more terrifying!

Also, the dairy industry would look dramatically different. You might as well put your cheese factory on top of the animal because you only need one such a cow to supply a town with cheese.

Many many fascinating things. :)

Yeah, I actually like it better if there are no dinosaurs so that it stays distinct from Chult.
And we might get new stat blocks for these.

I'm concerned that you have to use a spell slot every time you want to get in the saddle. Ridding something that is two stories tall is not very practical. That guy must be overcompensating for something.
