Anyone have WotC 2.0-to-3.0 PC conversion chart?

Waaaaay back when 3.0 had its debut, WotC published a small phamplet or sheet (given for free at game stores) on how to convert 2.0 characters into 3.0. It told you what to do with your multiclass characters and how to convert the 2.0 xp into 3.0 xp, etc.

I recently came across a trove of old 2.0 characters that have been untouched for years and I am keen to give 'em an update and see how they fare in the new 3.0/3.5 system. But I have lost the conversion sheet and I can't find the rule on how exactly, for example, a 5/7 Fighter/Thief converts to 3.0 (is it CL 5? is it CL 7? I know its not CL 12!).

I have scoured the boards for the conversion rules but I cannot find them anywhere. Does anyone have a link they can point me to? Thanks.
