| Not really, the old WoD system does not mesh easily with d20. I barely managed to get a working ruleset when I converted the Exalted initiative/combat tracking system to d20 and that took a lot of work. I'd advise trying to capture the feel of the old feats rather than a direct mechanical conversion.
