D10 to D20 question

I am currently playing MC WoD which for those who do not know is a D20 system. I have looked at some of the old Werewolf: Apocolypse books and I have found some great feats that I want to use. The problem is that Werewolf is a D10. Does anyone have suggestions for how to do an easy transition from D10 feats to D20 feats?

Not really, the old WoD system does not mesh easily with d20. I barely managed to get a working ruleset when I converted the Exalted initiative/combat tracking system to d20 and that took a lot of work. I'd advise trying to capture the feel of the old feats rather than a direct mechanical conversion.
