(PrC) Knight of the Storm Rose

I just designed this prestige class for my 3.5e knight character, and I'd appreciate your critique. I plan on vetting it here, running it by the DM, and, if he's OK with it, taking it once I hit 10th level. Feel free to swipe it for your own campaigns too.
