Stunning Fist and Sneak Attack

Alright. I'm deciding which feats to take for my 16 Rogue/4 Thief-Acrobat, and I'm having a little trouble. It all hinges on one scenario, which I will throw at you now:

Coel (16 Rogue/4 Thief-Acrobat) is 15 feet away from her opponent.
She marks him as the object of her Dodge.
Using Rapid Blitz (3 attacks with Spring Attack instead of 1), she attacks.
Her First Attack is Improved Trip. She succeeds, and target is Prone.
Her Free Attack (from Improved Trip) is Improved Disarm. She succeeds.
Her Second Attack...

That depends on two things:

1)If A sneak attack can be made immediately after a Stunning Fist attack, in which case she Stuns her opponent and Sneak-attacks for her Third Attack.
2)If A sneak attack can be made against this particular Prone opponent, leaving her Second Attack to be a +9d6 Sneak Attack.

Outcome 1 will lead me to take Stunning Fist and Extra Stunning Attacks.
Outcome 2 will lead me just to take Bounding Assault, a prerequisite for Rapid Blitz, which gives two attacks with Spring Attack instead of 3.

Thus is my problem. It's really a game mechanics problem, I guess. Any help resolving the matter will be greatly appreciated!

i think prone targets do not lose their dex so you'll have to stun first.
nice build idea too. consider taking 1 level of monk and Ascetic Rogue feat (CAdv) - you'll save some feats and get a nice unarmed damage progression.

Prone

The character is on the ground. An attacker who is prone has a -4 penalty on melee attack rolls and cannot use a ranged weapon (except for a crossbow). A defender who is prone gains a +4 bonus to Armor Class against ranged attacks, but takes a -4 penalty to AC against melee attacks.

Standing up is a move-equivalent action that provokes an attack of opportunity.

Stunned

A stunned creature drops everything held, can’t take actions, takes a -2 penalty to AC, and loses his Dexterity bonus to AC (if any).

Thanks for you guy's input. It really doesn't matter now, but my original question (well, one of them, anyway) was if I could sneak attack immediately after stunning my opponent. I've decided to forego sneak attack, and instead use the "Simple" Rogue variant (gains fighter bonus feats in lieu of having sneak attack) as well as the Thief-Acrobat PrC that I discovered in Complete Adventurer, a true lifesaver-- I was using the "old" one from Song and Silence. So now I don't even have to worry about getting sneak attack damage, which I would have hardly used anyway, and my character can actually be her original concept.

Again, thanks for your help!
