Knight Phantom (Eberron) Build

I've never really built a gish before, so I would appreciate some comment on this.

Human 10th level character
Level progression: 1 level of fighter, 6 levels of wizard, 3 levels of Knight Phantom. (In that order)
Character is a transmuter specialist wizard (giving up enchantment and illusion) Taking the PHB2 special ability instead of familiar.

Stats (rolled): 9, 13, 14, 14, 15, 18
Arranged: STR 14, DEX 15, CON 14, INT 18, WIS 13, CHA 9
Final: STR 14, DEX 15, CON 14, INT 22, WIS 13, CHA 9

Feats:
1st: Lightning Reflexes, Power Attack, Cleave
2nd: Scribe Scroll
3rd: Spell Focus (Transmutation)
6th: Still Spell, Craft Wondrous Item
9th: Spell Penetration

Can take 49K in magic items.

I've chosen +1 Keen Scimitar, +2 Mithral Breastplate, Ring of Protection +1, Cloak of Resistance +2, Bracers of Blinding Strike, Sandals of the Light Step, Belt of One Mighty Blow, Lesser Metamagic Rod of Empower, Heward's Handy Haversack.

(The Bracers and Sandals are part of the Fleet Warrior's array, a set. The Belt of One Mighty Blow is also in the Magic Item Compendium)

This comes to 48.5K in items.

Is there anything I'm missing? He can either cast Scorching Ray with the Empower Rod, or if in melee, cast Shield. Tough foes get True Strike + Power Attack Feat + One Mighty Blow Belt.

Beyond Core, I can use Eberron books, and PHB2. Only a few spells from Spell Compendium are permitted -the GM likes to hand those out as special magic.
