On a full attack with a higher level mage do I get multiple spell attacks?

No.

You can eventually use quicken spell to regularly cast 2 spells per round. You can at the highest levels use time stop to get some free buff time. A more controversial option is using shapechange to become a choker, gaining a free standard action each round.

At lower levels, some spells might let you make several touch attacks until the duration expires, so your higher BAB could let you full attack with your spell in that sense.

As Stream has already said, no.

But, if you're interested in increasing what your mage can do in one round there are ways.

Some spells are swift or immediate actions.

You can also cast a spell like Flaming Sphere which can be directed with a move action. This gives you an 'Attack' from the sphere and another spell you can cast.

Making the most of your Standard, Move, Swift and Free actions can let you achieve a lot in a single round.

Also there are some full round casting time spells which are generally more powerful than they would be otherwise, so you can effectively get a full attack of sorts with one of these spells.

Casting a spell takes the action specificed and can't be used as the full-attack option.

Most spells take a standard action to cast, some take a round (full action) and some take 1 round (don't go off until the beginning of your next turn). In 3.5 there are some that take immediate or swift actions (doesn't exist in 3.0 though).

No. If you play 3.0, you can get up to three spells per round if your caster is hasted and has a quickened spell prepared. In 3.5, the best is two spells per round with a quickened spell prepared.

That daggercloud spell gives an extra attack every round while you can keep on casting spells.
