Feral template + unarmed strikes

What happens if a human fighter with the feral template (savage species) tries to attack unarmed?
The fighter is lvl16 and has the improved unarmed strike feat , two weapon fighting feat and improved two weapon fighting , plus other feats. He attacks at +14/+9/+4/-1 primary and +14/+9 offhand ("base" attack bonuses).
A feral creature gains two claw attacks (as well as improved grab, pounce, rake, rend).
So the question is: are all the attacks, the fighter does, claw attacks? OR he chooses between a)his full sequence of attacks and b)just two claw attacks?

Natural weapons never follow BAB. Even if you had 20 BAB: you only get 2 claw attacks.
Unarmed Attacks are with fist not the claws. Fist follow BAB.

You can make full attack with kicks/headbutts (Twfing) and then claws as secondary (-5 penalty) at end.
Your choices:
1) Full attack with secondary claws- +14/+9/+4/-1 primary and +14/+9 offhand and +9/+9 claw
2) Just Claw: +16/+16
3) Just Unarmed: +14/+9/+4/-1 primary and +14/+9
4) Full attack, no TWF, but Secondaries: +16/+11/+6/+1 primary/Claw +11/+11

To my knowledge, a claw is a natural weapon, and so is not attached to the BAB full attack routine. They are tacked onto a manufactured routine with a -5 penalty, unless you have three or more and the multiattack feat, in which case it's a -2.

However, as the fighters unarmed strike is a punch, you would choose either an unarmed BAB iterative attack routine, or the two claw attacks. If this were a monk we were discussing, it would be a full BAB iterative attack routine and two claw attacks at -5 accuracy (As the monk can attack with everything but his hands to leave the claws available).

That's my understanding, anyway.
