An insidious plot is brewing in my campaign world: one that will tear the eladrin people from their home in the natural world and bring them back to their ancient home of the Feywild. It will be against their will. There is a group behind this plot. I need to name them.

Any ideas?
So this is an organization, not another race, per se, or some invading alien marauders or something of that like. I always like going with the basic stuff. Usually something like 'The Unseen' or The Amok or something of that line.
That's just me. I like things simple.

Well, assuming that its a faction of Eladrin who are doing this, how about one of the following naming formats:
1. "The True ____", with something like "people", "followers" or "believers" in the blank - seems appropriate as they (from your description) appear to be holding that the only real place for the Eladrin is in the feywild.
2. "The Children of _____" with the blank being some historical figure/event/place linked to their goals. Such a name allows the PC to find out about said historical figure/place/event, and learn indirectly what the goals of the organisation are - for example, maybe said figure was exiled from the feywild and has ever since striven to return, or the name is of an event that caused a schism in the eladrin race, or the name of the place where a treaty was signed allowing Eladrin to leave the fey wild.

These assume vaious motives, but work well either way-
Piercers of the Iron Veil: The iron veil being symbolic of the barrier that keeps them from their true fey home, iron being traditionally a bane of the fey, and the veil representing them being unable to behold the beauty that is their birthright. This last point could even be their rationalisation of moving the eladrin against their will- they're convinced their brothers and sisters will see as they do once the iron veil is removed, ie once they see the feywild once again.
The Wayfinders: What if, back when they left the feywild, an organization of eladrin sprang up based on finding a way back- they may even have had the broad support of the eladrin people in those difficult times- but since then, they've even all but forgotten or outcast, but still see themself as doing good work. They could even have predated the exodus from the feywild, or even been experts on planar matters who played a role in it, but vowed to correct their error.
The Exodus Alliance: This is a conglomeration of may of these motives. Put simply, a large coalition of arcanists who, for may reasons, are comitted to the 'great work' of sending the eladrin home. Many have ideological or metaphysical reasons for doing it, while others are simply challenged by the audacity of the task, or wish to benefit from the financial and academic resources gathered by the alliance. An amoral organisation, powered as much by it's own inertia as any other force.
The True Bloods: These racist eladin fear that their people will eventually become elves and, worse yet, interbreed with humans, unless they return to the feywild!
The Wild Hunt: These eladrin could literally be the wildest of their kind, who intend to lead their people back to the revels of the feywild, which they are sure everyone engaged in, long ago.
The Bleak Banishers: These shadar-kai seek to dislodge the eladrin from the world into the feywild, as part of a plan to bring their own people up out of the shadowfell in their place. They may even believe that the eladrin entry into the world caused them to be pushed down into the shadowfell in ancient times.
Stewards of Corellon: These followers of the elven god believe that the eladrin must return to the feywild to ensure that the seldarine maintains it's balanced connection to both the fey and astral realms.
The Balancers: These students of planar energies fear that a metaphysical disaster will occur throughout the planes unless they correct the imbalance caused by their people leaving the feywild and coming to the world.
Without knowing more about the campaign and the organization, it's hard to say, but if it's an elf-eladrin unification movement, it could be something like the Kin Joiners.

E.L.F.- Short for eladrin liberation front. I guess it depends on the kind of game yoou play.
I do like wht I have read on the new Zeitgeist world book. All the groups have names that invoke a real world link to form impressions on, weather real or baseless. There is a twist on the secret organization the Illiminarti, called something I forget at the time, something like the Arcanarti (but that's not it).

This is like "Name the Teddy Bear" game at the fun fair!
I would love to know more about the plot before answering such as who is behind it? what race are they? why do they want them to come back to the FeyWild --- is it 100% malicious or are they doing it for their own good?
Assuming they are a group that dislikes Elves & Eladrin and are not themselves Eladrin then I would go with one of the following :
The Tortured of Ether (Devils looking to enslave them)
The Articles of Forbidden Memories (Necromancers who want to suck the life blood from the Eladrin and their long age)
Cult of the Unbreakable Stone (Giants who warred against the Ancient Eladrin in the FeyWild, they enslaved a Giant God in an Unbreakable Stone and the curse can not be broken until every Eladrin in existence is murdered)
Some that just sound cool
Spirits of the Lost
The Fallen Swords of the Idol
Oakstone Deliverance
