Human warlock

This already may have been discussed, but I was wondering if a Human warlock who took say, Infernal Pact would be able to select one of the other pacts at will powers, or if human warlocks are just screwed when it comes to this?

So no, human warlocks are not screwed.

A human Warlock can choose his bonus at will power normally.
