Starting HP problems?

I was using the automatic character sheet found here..

Dungeons and Dragons 4th Edition - » D&D 4th Edition Character Sheets

When i boosted my con score at level 4, 8, and 11 it increased my base HP by 1 for each point.

I was under the impression that the starting hp was only calculated at level 1, and after that you only increased it by the increment set by the class archetype.

Am i wrong or is this just a problem on this character sheet?

I believe the character sheet is correct. Con increases retroactively increase your hp, as they always have. Don't have a page ref or anything for you though.

The automatic character sheet is correct.

If you increased your Constitution score, increase your hit points by 1 (as if you had your new Constitution score when you were 1st level). Also, if you increased your Constitution score to an even number, increase your number of healing surges by one.
