Question on Repulsion Armor from Adventurer's Vault

Yeah, my earlier post was not quite right. It only protects you from charging if they have used all of their movement to get to you.

However, this armor, and a pair of Antipathy Gloves give you a little more possiblilty of stopping chargers. At least that's my warlock's hope, anyways.
