Prone movement limitations

Are there any restrictions on how a 4E character can move while prone? If so, where are they specified?

In 3E, prone characters were harshly restricted in their movement options. In 4E, I couldn't find any restrictions at all.

It's in the PHB Errata:

Prone [Addition]
Player’s Handbook, page 277
Add “You can’t move from your space, although you can teleport, crawl, or be forced to move by a pull, a push, or a slide.”
