Rogue: Multiclass Ranger Question

Will be milti-classing into Ranger and not 100% sure about how the power swp feat works.

The one you can pick up at Level 10 onwards to swap a Daily power,

I want to pick the feat just after level 15 and swap the Rogue Level 15 aily for the Ranger one "Blade Cascade" - I am a Brutal Scoundrel.

Just want to confirm you can swap any daily power of any level, and its not restricted to daily powers level 10 or under.

The only level restriction on the power swap is that the power you lose must be of equal or higher level than the power you gain. You can do what you want: trade your Rogue L15 Daily for the Ranger's Blade Cascade.

Okay I have a Half Elf Rogue that at Level 11 take Versatile Master to have an extra At-Will "Twin Strike".

I thought to mult-class Ranger to continue the theme.

At level 15 I can swap my daily to get "Blade Cascade".

Just wondering if its worth sing a feat to also swap an Encounter power and get "Rain of Blows" as that looks like quite cool.

Only problem this is a lot of feats used up:

1. M/C Ranger
2. Versatile Master
3. Enc swap
4. Daily Swap

Reckon its worth it, which of these feats is worth dropping if I can only spare 3.

Anythign worth replacing ROB for latter ??

It's certainly worth picking up Rain of Blows, but I don't think your character can do it. Rain of Blows is a Fighter power, and you're a Rogue multiclassed into Ranger. Since you're debating whether or not to take Novice Power, you clearly haven't paragon multiclassed. That means that you can't take Fighter powers unless you go with an Epic Destiny that lets you access them.
