Item bonuses

If I got the lvl 6 Horned helm (which gives extra 1d6 damage for charge attacks) and the lvl 2 bracers of mighty striking (gives +2 item bonus to melee basic attacks) would they stack on a charge with a melee basic attack at the end?

The reason I ask is the horned helm provides and unnamed 1d6 damage and the bracers give an item bonus, which on the face of it would stack. Is there something I'm missing?

Nope, you're not missing anything. They "stack".

Yep, it's a good combo. Try to find some Boots of Adept Charging to complete the package and you'll be a charging phenomenon.

actually it was sort of a misleading question. I used charging because the info was in the phb and would be more recognizable.

But the actual two items I wanted to use took up the same slot (bracers of tactical blows [xd6 added to AoO] and bracers of mighty striking), I just wanted to know if they would stack if they weren't both bracers. They would most likely based on the info in this thread

I use the boots and the Paragon version of the helm with my 13th-level Inspiring Warlord, who's taken the Impetuous Charger feat. With a reach weapon, he's usually able to charge a few times per encounter, causing his target to grant combat advantage each time - great for the rogues in the party. It's effectively an extra At-Will power for him.

The helm is an odd way to get to add damage roll bonuses (focus, enhancement, bracers, etc) to Knockdown Assault charges, on a bit of a tangent.
