Extended Rest Rituals: Solace Bole vs. Fantastic Recuperation

In the latest Dragon (#265, page 50), there is a plot-device ritual scroll of a ritual called Solace Bole that allows an extended rest in 1 hour. In the Eberron Player's Guide p 116, there is a ritual named Fantastic Recuperation that does the same in a slightly different way.

The problem is that Solace Bole is in every way superior; lower level, cheaper, safer to use, and it does not have a cost that escalates over level. I like the concept of Solace Bile, but it is way overpowered.

The easiest fix I can see is to remove the time dilation of Solace Bole, saying the rest takes its normal time in the real world. Still, this would be a house rule, and those are emergency measures. Dungeon would have needed stronger editorial control on this.

It pops up as a generally available ritual in the Compendium when you do a search there, if I recall correctly.

I don't know about the Eberron one, but Solace Bole is way over the top. You can even use it to abuse itself!
