Warlord Tactical Presence and multiple attack

Hello all,

One case sprang in our game:

If you use an action point to make a multiple attack power like Sweeping Blow (Fighter Encounter 3, close burst 1), do the attack bonus from Tactical Presence apply to ALL attack rolls of the attack ?
Or only on one of the attack rolls ?

By the same logic, does the bonus from a Resourceful Warlord applies to ALL damage rolls of the successful attack, or only on one of them ?

As far as I know, the answer to both is YES.

The close burst (or blast, or area burst or whatever) is still a single attack even if it has multiple attack rolls. Also note that bursts and blasts only make one damage roll and apply the result to all targets.

Yeah, I had forgotten about the single damage roll for blasts and bursts, so Sweeping Blow was not a good example.

Let's say I use Ranger's Twin Strike with a Resourceful Warlord: does the damage bonus applies to both attacks ?

You do. The power you use with your extra action is 'an extra attack' and is granted by spending the action point, so qualifies for the Tactical Presence class feature and the feat Tactical Assault.
