Indeed, piling up on at-will altering feats can lead to some very cool combinations! A rogue with a few of these would have an at-will that allowed him to move 3 squares before or after the attack, or make a Bluff check 1/encounter to gain CA, or...

I didn't know about all of those powers, feats, or whatever they are. Is that all Dragon material?

All of the fighting style feats were introduced in different Dragon magazine issues. They're available in the D&D Compendium and the Charater Builder.
