Docs V1.1: Look them over and debug

I just went through and spellchecked, edited, redid the .pdf in document format. I know alllot have to be added and so forth but this is a good starting point. Please look it over and comment and update what you think.

UPDATE: LRK just sent me a new .rtf file for everyone to review in the new chapter by chapter layout. Look it over and add lets start adding in the files.
