Looking for an imprint publisher

I have a sourcebook of alternate combat rules for DnD called the Codex Martialis which is fully edited and laid out, it has high quality original artwork etc. It did very well in beta testing I think it is a viable work.

I was planning to release this as a D20 product but was not until recently aware that the D20 license had been rescinded. At this point it needs to be modified slightly to be released as OGL instead of D20. I don't understand the differences between the D20 / OGL license well enough to make the changes myself. I'm a writer and a martial artist, I understand RPG rules mechanics pretty well, but I don't know much about the inns and outs of e-publishing and frankly, it's not really my strength.

I'm looking for either a small publishing house which might be interested in distriubting this document or someone who has the resources and skills to get this thing compliant with OGL for me so I can distribute it myself at RPGNow.

If anyone here is interested working out a publishing or arrangement for this or in making this correction for me for a reasonable fee please contact me in this thread or via PM.

(I enclosed the cover image from the document)

J

Let me discuss this with my partner, but Dreamscarred Press might be interested in supporting an Imprint.

Ok thanks. We took the D20 logo off the doc and I've put it back up as OGL on RPGNow for the time being.

Can anyone explain to me precisely what I need to do to change my RPGNow Link so that it will credit Enworld so I can do my release here?

If you're doing it yourself, using the ENWorld reference website is all you need to do - EN World PDF Store - RPG PDF downloads (followed by your product specific link). Easy. However, everything that goes onto RPGNow will already be found at the ENWorld store, so you don't need to do anything for ENWorlders to "find it" except advertise it, discuss it and keep in the limelight as much as possible.

Thanks, I finally found that last night. I'm going to put that on my sig here after we resolve the rest of the Licensing issues, until then I don't want too many people to d/l it.

If you want to see a copy PM me your email and I'll send you a coupon for a free one.

This looks cool. If you're still looking to have it distributed, check out the place I'm doing mine:

www.dementia5.com

the forum has an FAQ

www.dementia5.com/community

and your product and their "mission" seem to have a lot of commonality.

Good luck!
