Can't find enough info in ENnies

I've checked the ENnies site at The ENnie Awards Home Page and I'm not finding enough information - how to submit a pdf, how to send anything to the judges (ie, their addresses) ... is there another site with this information, or does more information get provided once the entry form is filled in? (the entry form seems to assume that the applicant already has the information I mentioned above).

Aha! Thanks, I didn't go to the "pre-made address labels" because the product was a pdf. I didn't expect to find the pdf instructions there.
