Wasn't exactly sure where to put this...

Regarding ELDER EVILS...

Malefic Properties, would they be considered divine, cosmic, or ???.

What are they exactly?

I'd love to incorporate them, but I'm entirely unsure how to approach this.

Is there some sort of table that could be created regarding them?

I think the easiest way to handle them in 3.5 is to parallel them with divine abilities.

Radius

10 miles = Divine Ability
100 miles = Cosmic ability
Worldwide = Transcendental ability
Planewide = Omnific Ability

For 4th Edition I'd suggest:

Epic Tier = 1 mile
Legendary Tier = 100 miles
Immortal Tier = Worldwide

Elder Evils is all non-open content, I believe. Which would mean he can't. But at least those of us reading here know.
