Tree Vandals

Someone came by my house and clipped off all the leaves of one of my growing trees. What the Hell?

I just don't understand random tree vandalism.

Dammit. Somone did it again!

I am getting pretty pissed off. Whoever it was re-trimmed down the original vandalized tree, and then cut to the nub another tree.

Chris, why do you think it was four people? Who do you think did it? I have called the police and made a report each time. If you have a clue as to who did this, please let me know. The police aren't going to do crap unless I have a lead.

No, I have no idea who it was. I was joking. It's probably a neighbor or something who didn't like your trees.

I was joking. You said it was tree vandals, and I joked that it had to be at least four. Sorry for making light of it.

It could also be that someone hired some tree trimmers and they went to the wrong address. Is it happening at night or during the day or when?

It is happening late at night. Amanda and I went out and checked how the flowers were growing (including the trees) not long before we went to bed. I doubt professional tree trimmers are working in the dark.

Weird. I'd love to see exactly what's been done. I'm having a hard time imagining. Maybe a disgruntled student or similar acquaintance?

My first thought, like Chris, was that some tree trimmers went to the wrong house. Obviously, not in the middle of the night.

Are they taking the debris with them Vince? Is it possible it is an animal, like a beaver or something?

Is it happening to anyone else? If no, then I would agree it is probably a disgruntled student.

Perhaps buy a security camera, with low light vision.

Perhaps a webcam, with motion detection.
