Yes. Druids or Wizards or Psions who are religious are the only spell-casting "clerics." Otherwise the cleric class has no divine magic as no deity but one can reach this world.

There is no direct proof of God's (or gods') existence in this world. Any belief in religion is simply that, a belief.
