We got off track right away so . . .

Meet Schtinklen Ash-Schwartz

A man of leisure from a well bred family of Sigil. He's well studied and gregarious but quite oblivious to the social skills expected of his station.

He considers himself something of a mystic often overtaken with fits of vertigo during which he receives strange signs from the beyond. He attributes these to his particular attunement to the planar equilibrium though most people think it's because he hasn't eaten since yesterday. He has studied under several reputable and not so reputable teachers and has learned several tricks and beguilements. However, he considers these to be of little use -- mere curiosities of nature. His teachers are eager to encourage him in his occult interests as his family pays enormous sums to keep him busy. He is fascinated by lore of the inner planes -- though he has yet to visit them.

and yes, I'm just kidding about the name. His name is Timodoro Uol

Meet Corvus Vendilus …

…young man who recently stumbled into a portal to sigil while being chased out of a town by a mob. He was born with raven like wings on his back. At first they were small enough for him to hide them but they have grown larger as he has aged and the last few years have made him very conspicuous on the prime which he is from. Before arriving in sigil he had been chased out of several towns by folks who assumed his wings were the mark of some dark pack. He has not been in sigil very long but is shocked to find a place where he is considered unremarkable and is further surprised to find a place of such peaceful tolerance inhabited by so many obviously evil beings, as apposed to the good but clearly backward townsfolk which kept accusing him of making packs with demons and trying to skewered him on their farm implements. Never having heard of the city of doors before he is still trying to find his way around and has been doing odd smithing jobs around the foundry since his only marketable skills are things he picked up assisting his blacksmith father, who raised him alone.
