Stonebone Golem?
I seem to remember a golem made from stone that was bleached and carved to look like bones. Was there really such a thing and if so has it been converted?

Hmmm..several bone golems have appeared in the various editions, but I think most of those were actually assembeled from bones, rather carved to resemble bones.

If it's out there, Echohawk will probably know.

Hmm, I might have misremembered the Skeletal Golem from Mystara.

Anyone have any ideas on how to adapt the idea into a real creature?

A 3e Skeletal Golem is at New Creatures under Golem, Skeletal.
