Yup, I made quite a few changes to the classification system this time around, including an overhaul of the dinosaurs and other prehistoric creatures and changing "planetouched" from a primary classification to an alternative name. Many of the changes were to better accommodate 4th edition monsters into my classification system, but other were just me fiddling

The spellwarped woodling tarrasque is listed with the "spellwarped" template because that template changes the base type of the tarrasque to Aberration. Usually, when templates change the base type, I list the creature with the template. If the template doesn't change the type, then sample templated creatures are classified with the main creature.
I'm certain that I haven't applied those rules consistently, but that was my usual thinking. Templates are messy to index, and those entries in the index could use some tidying. But there almost nine hundred templates, so that's a fair amount of tidying
