The Kopru are in MM2 for 3e, which has a 3.5 update freely available under the "downloads" section of the WotC 3.5 archives. They also are prominent in the Savage Tide AP, so individual stats appear quite a bit there, and Dragon Mag 354 has an ecology of them.
The Kna made it into the Creature Catalog right here within the last year for 3.5.
Off-hand, I don't know about shark-kin, but I recommend Echohawk's excellent index, which I don't have access to right at the moment.
If it's been converted, there should be a line in the index for the 3.X version, with info on whereever it's found. I just went and looked at the Unconverted Mystara creatures list, though, and the shark-kin is there, so no luck yet. Shade keeps a conversion requests list as a sticky in this forum, so you could ask for the shark-kin...
