Yes this I have,

It has the Dire Deer and the Dire animal template

But I am looking for the Dire Moose

In the end only a moose or fan of moose would complain

Hmm, there is a non-OGC dire elk in MM2 that might do in a pinch...

Have you checked Echohawk's index? (Yes, Echohawk, this is a hint for you to charge to the rescue. )

Unfortunately, there isn't a dire moose in the index. An ordinary moose, yes (in Dragon #327 and Bestiary of Krynn, Revised), but no dire mooses. I agree that the MMII's Dire Elk is probably the closest match in an official source.
