I finally got around to hacking together a web page home for it
Nice webpage you have there!
Of course, next thing will be that someone will want you to shunt all your data into a database driven website and make a multi-indexed and searchable online resource like the Hypertext d20 SRD!
I've met someone who is doing the same sort of collecting (but with gods instead of monsters), so I'm going to point them at your work for inspiration. (His name is AuldDragon and he posted a thread called "[Reference] Deity List" over in the Spelljammer forum at The Piazza.)

I can't hear you! <hands over ears> La-la-la-la la-la-laaaah...

He might want to take a look at Alzrius's Gods list which is already a very thorough list of all D&D deities through the ages!

dried up falling to the ground,
but it was already too late now.
I pushed my fingers through the earth,
returned this flower to the dirt;
so it could live, I walked away now."

Just went to download and noticed that it's OpenOffice now. Nice! Now it will be all jiffy with my work computer and laptop.
I upgraded to a MacBook Pro in October, and dumped MS-Office for OpenOffice at the same time. So now I have a Microsoft-free machine*.

I just love being a "various other on-line fan conversion."
Heh heh. The Creature Catalogue and the Vaults of Pandius got specific credits because of the sheer volume of conversions on each. Everything else is lumped under "various" on the abbreviated sources list. (But are all listed in the full source tab of the index.)
* This is, in fact, a complete lie. I have VMware Fusion running on my machine, with Windows installed purely so that I can use WotC's Character Builder

I suppose that, given your association with the Creature Catalogue, it would be more logical to put that sort of thing onto a CC section of ENWiki and get a crew of wikieditors to help put it together. In fact, ENWiki pages could go beyond what your index can do and create detailed articles that give grouped information on several related creatures (like beholder-kin or draconians) and then a set of links to all the external places where monsters can be found. And any CC conversions (and SRD monsters) could be slapped up on the wiki too (and then given categories for navigation and lots of useful links).
But it would take ages to do, so it is probably best left for later.

Alzrius's list is great. I'm pretty sure I've seen it before. Strangly (for something on Planewalker.com) it doesn't have home planes or pantheons, so I think that AuldDragon's idea could still be very useful.
