In the spirit of competition, I'd like to mention a comparable game being run by a couple of former colleagues of mine
, at http://www.soccerproject.com. I can confirm that both operating that game is as challenging and as involved as any DM position, except with vastly more players (30 thousand at the moment, they tell me), and a whole lot more automation (including standalone tools).
Hm, perhaps someone could make a management game where you get to play a Dungeon Master, and have to manage a party of players (who, in turn, have adventurers) ... investing in a game room/table/setup instead of stadiums, splatbooks instead of equipment, and having to compete with other DMs for the best players in town (ok, so the comparison doesn't go all the way ... or
does it?)
