Regarding the Deva speculation, I remember there was an adventure on a Dungeon Magazine featuring a female NPC with a similar ability (memory of a thousand lifetimes) can't say which one was it since as I already said, no DDI subscription for me.

Anyways, seems very interesting, I'd vote for +2 Int/ +2 Wis

I think that devas will have a +2 bonus to their Wis and Cha (reflecting a focus on the divine classes), astral majesty, memory of a thousand lifetimes, resistance to radiant damage (5 + 1/2 level), a +2 skill bonus to History and probably Religion. My two biggest questions are whether or not devas start with the Supernal language (contradicting PHB pg 25) and if they gain a bonus to their Fortitude or Reflex defense because of the Wis/Cha overlap. I"m tending towards no on both of those questions.
