The latest excerpt is up, you can read it here. The two most interesting aspects of the article for me were the discussion of the archfey and the picture of the looming treant. Very cool.

Its nice to see that old favorite Baba Yaga making it to 4e. I look forward to seeing her "Court of Stars" article!

Why? I'd assume it's about the same as residuum on the Prime Material. Crystallized magic, compact form of wealth for the unbelievably rich, etc.
Well I recall there was something mentioned about residuum being more plentiful in the Feywild, so being a magical realm was thinking it might have something on it. It may in the full section of the book, but the excerpt could have teased it, if it does.
How it works on the PM and Feywild should be the same, but there should be a bit more regulations on it in the Feywild right?
I would just hate to think one of the few things I like about 4th is left to rot and never mentioned again anywhere....
Not bad. I'm still happy I made my own Feywild though. It suits my tastes better.
Although I wish they would have some fluff that demonstrates exactly how the Eladrin are enigmatic. So far they keep on saying that they're amoral and enigmatic but we don't really see any real indication of this.

I think you may be thinking of the references to the residuum storms on the Feywild or how residuum dust coats many of the buildings of Mithrendain (Dragon 366).

Could be, I will take your word for it since I don't know where i backed the free DDI stuff to.
After that sales-pitch for adventuring n the Feywild, one of my players has a hard time convincing himself why his eladrin wizard even bothered to visit the "normal" world. He thinks there is just a bit too much hype and salesmansnhip here.
