I got a reply back from RPG Now. At the moment they're not sure about Goodman Games 3.5E products still being available for download after December 31. They said that they have contacted Goodman Games to check and will get back to me when they get a reply from them.
In the meantime they suggested that I download and take a back-up copy of all the GG PDF's that I have just in case. I also posted a thread on the Paizo boards asking them the same thing since they also are having the GG PDF sale.
I'll post here when I get more info.

This boxed set seems to be incomplete - it shows 4 downloads, but each download is the same thing: just the index...
Try waiting for each download to finish before you move on to the next one. When I tried to download them all simultaneously I had the same experience as you.

Thanks, I contacted their customer help and worked it out. Also ended up using Firefox instead of Safari - not sure if it mattered, but got all 4 downloads.
I got this reply from Cosmo from Customer Service on the Paizo boards.

So Paizo are confident that you still can but I don't think I've got a definite answer on this. I might have to e-mail Goodman Games to find out for sure.

I thought Goodman would do a blowout end of the line pdf sale but with how long they had the DCCs on 50% and the projected December timing of the 4e GSL DCC dungeon denizens I was not sure if the 3e DCC line would already be retired.
The 4e dungeon denizens being in the same product line as the 3e DCC dungeon denizens being in the same branded product line as the rest of the DCCs combined with an early December date listed on Amazon and Goodman originally planning a November then December release led me to think that under the GSL they would need to retire the 3e DCCs upon release of the 4e monster book.
So I hedged my bets and bought both the known world gazeteer and castle white rock pdfs for $50 total over the last couple of months instead of for $10 now.
But I did scoop up 5 dragonmech books this weekend for $10 which look great and I plan on grabbing a bunch of the things I don't have yet before this is over.
If Mongoose or Sword and Sorcery or Necromancer or others have a $1 sale that is the only thing likely to tempt me more for my December pdf budget.
I am hoping Joe will have a $.10 PDF sale for the last 48 hours of 2008. Except for DCC 35 and 51, those are a steal at $5.00.
Anyways, I have bought all I can afford on my fixed income this month at the current prices.
The cool part was sending gifts to my gamer friends. They aren't Goodman fans, so I sent them DCC 48 so they will see what they have been missing and regret not being a fan sooner.

I got Whiterock. Can someone tell me about the Gazateer of the Known Realms? I don't really need another campaign world or even ideas, but if it has some crunch or maps I can adapt it would be good.

I just realised that XCrawl products are also on the list of products discounted.
So are the wicked fantasy factory. Which I had never tried before--came too late and flew in under my radar--but after a recommendation in a previous "best adventure" thread, I tried the Iron Giant one out, and it's pretty cool!

Ok, a further update to the "can we still download the PDF's we bought after December 31st?" saga. I e-mailed Goodman Games asking this:

What I am wondering is, if I buy any of the 3.5E DCC's from Paizo or RPG Now before Dec 31, can I still continue to download copies of the PDF after Dec 31? Or will the download links to the DCC's I have bought be removed as well?
I ask because I am interested in buying quite a few of your PDF's while they are on sale but I don't know if I'll be able to download copies of them all before the end of December.
Thanks,
Adam
I got this reply back from Joseph Goodman:

You would have to check with them. But I will tell you that we will not be selling the modules after December 31, so if their download function depends on the modules being available and for sale, you may not be able to get them after that date. Hope that helps.
So in case you didn't realise it before, all 3.5E Goodman Games products will no longer be available for purchase after December 31st. If you want to get any of them it is now or never.
I'm going to e-mail RPG Now and post on my Paizo thread to double check that they have the ability to allow people to download PDF's that are no longer available for sale. I imagine that they do, but it pays to be sure. I'll post back in this thread when I know more.

Just a quick FYI, the 3.5 version of Blackdirge's Dungeon Denizens will be going the way of the dodo very soon. Since the 4E verison is about to be released, there is only a short time to get the 3.5 product.
It's only $2.00, which is a pretty sweet price for 128 pages and over 100 new 3.5 monsters, plus a bunch of templates and whatnot.
Ok, I got further information from Joseph Goodman and RPG Now.
This is what Joseph had to say about which products will no longer be available after December 31. He also provided a bit of info about XCrawl's future:

This is the info I got from RPG Now customer service:

So it looks like you will still be able to download the 3.5E PDF's you buy after December 31 from both Paizo and RPG Now.
However, you only have until December 31 to buy any Goodman Games product with a d20 logo. After that they will be gone forever!

I think it is great that all the stuff from Goodman Games is on such a huge discount. I just wish I had a job so I could afford to get one or two of them. Lots of really cool stuff that I have been meaning to get, but just have not been able to do so. Oh well. Yes another reason that unemployment sucks.
