Looking for D&D 3.x elemental related base/prestiege classes

Tome and Blood has the 3e elemental savant prc.

Arcana Unearthed/Evolved has witches who are a base class of themed sorcerer like casters, several of the themes are elemental based such as ice witchery.

The Ravenloft Monster books, Denizens of Darkness/Dread have corrupt elementals such as the pyre, grave, blood, and mist.

I know the Penumbra Fantasy Bestiary has ice elementals (I wrote them), as well as tiny elementals and I think mischievous small fire ones called sparklings IIRC.

Another one came to mind, the d20 Wheel of Time casters are very elemental based for their magic system.
