Obviously a bit on the pricey side, but at least its available! Just be aware when you order these they take up to 15 days to even make the book, then ship it.

So when you want something off of Lulu in print, plan ahead!

I made a slight change to the thread title because of this bug. (Summary: The thread would only display in printer-friendly format, which among other things meant that no-one could reply to it.)

Print-on-Demand is an excellent way to keep older titles in print forever. Very nice! :)

I've posted this in meta, but I'm not sure if any mods have seen it, so far. Just thought I'd try and let Darkness or another mod know via this thread, as I imagine GR wouldn't be thrilled about their announcement being killed by the dreaded print print.
