Probably in the world of warcraft players handbook or whatever its called.

Google spake thusly, when queried 'pon 4e and the Craft o' War: 4e - Warcraft Races #1 « 666 - Sign of the Druid That's the first one up anyway. I know nothing of Warcraft, and little of 4e, so I most likely can't do a very good job of informing you of its usefulness.
