Implementing across the board +1 bonuses to attack in Character Builder

I want to implement an across the board +1 attack bonus for all the characters in my campaign, akin to giving the Expertise feats for free. Is there any way to implement this in Character Builder?

Just have each character give themselves one extra feat (the house button at the bottom of the feats page). And give themselves expertise. If they have 2 weapons do this twice, once for each weapon.
