4E in the Warhammer Fantasy World: Deity Equivalents -- opinions wanted

I need some help converting the 4E D&D deities to their WFRP equivalents for my ongoing 4e Warhammer Game. Please give opinions.

WARHAMMER FANTASY
DEITY EQUIVALENS FROM 4E D&D
This document is designed for players to decide which feats and/or powers from 4E D&D are relevant to their character in the Warhammer setting.. Currently it references the PHB, PHB2. Other sources such as FRCS and FRPG only in regards to named feats and greater gods.

Its possible that the Chaos Gods (and you forgot Malal, the forgotten Chaos God) are Aspects of Tharizdun.

Excellent that you noticed the ommission of Malal. I skipped Malal and most of the rest of the minor gods since they will really only appear at the DM's leisure Tharizdun would be a good choice (he appears in 4e Manual of the Planes..but no details).

Baphomet would make a good Malal, he could have a Kaleb Daark Exarch.

Well he created the Abyss (using a shard of pure evil). He's also chained somewhere.

You could say that Orcus = Khorne, Demogorgon = Tzeentch, Graz'zt = Slaanesh and find a big tubby demon lord for Nurgle.

I think Orcus would be better for Nurgle, just because of his undead aspect. Thoughts?

ruemere has disabled Experience Points
Khorne: Slaughter, Melee, Blood
Nurgle: Pestilence, Corruption

It's hard to picture Orcus as being close to either one of them. If anything, you could rule that Nagash (wikipedia entry) is the closest match.

Regards,
Ruemere

The way the Sigmar religion acts, I'd say it is a hybrid of Bane & Erathas.

Nagash = Vecna

Khorne cult could probably make use of Yeenoghu material

I'm kind of excited to use both the Yeenoghu and Baphomet articles and monsters from the recent DRAGON MAGAZINE articles for some beastmen entries in our campaign. That's actually why I started this project. Currently, I just modify the appearance of whatever appears in the Dungeon scenario (for example, gnolls, bugbears & whatnot) and it will be nice to have a more clear perspective.

I'd use Nagash, but he's not really a god (yet).
