4e and FFZ mainly. Plan on giving Pathfinder a spin, but it probably won't become my system of choice. T20 when I want to break out the one-shot or short-burst weirdness, as usual.
4e online game - includes MP and PHBII
3.75 tabletop - second wind, action points, fewer skills. Minion & elite monsters, exception based NPC design. otherwise its 3.5

Playing 4e at the tabletop.
Playing 3.5 in a PBP game.
Running Star Wars Saga (which is a lot more popular than many of the options in your poll) in a PBP game.
Other notable absense:
White Wolf games other than Exalted (not interested myself, but they're, umm, pretty big)
D&D 4E with all the bells and whistles - the II books, the power books, and some third party stuff (Goodman's Dragonborn, the Advanced Player's Guide and the Quintessentials) - D&D is a solo game for the wife and I so balance is not anywhere near the factor it is in group games.
In group I play Hero every week... well not true, I GM it some times.
So my answer would be Hero with some D&D on the side.
Edit: Oh yeah everything is face to face. I don't game any other way. A luxury you get when you marry the woman running the game. I can chose to never game in a group, and still get lots of great gaming in.

I will (still) be running M&M, as well as Pathfinder, when that comes out. I'll probably be one of the first around here to put it through its paces - should be fun!
Other than that, I'll (still) be playing some 3.5-ish, and whatever else is going. Because that could vary so much, I'll just leave it as 'other'.
These are games I HOPE to be able to run or play in, I am unsure if I actually will get to run or play in any of them.
I have the same problem...I have a lot of stuff I want to play (mostly some home-built 3.5E adventures), but all of my players will be scattered like quail over the summer. So while I won't be playing anything, I'm afraid...probably just writing more adventures.

Eh, you know how some people are. Some gamers are Core-only purists, others like to throw in everything but the kitchen sink, and most are somewhere in between. I'm trying to be accommodating, so that I get less of the "I would have voted for this, except..." responses.

D'oh! You are totally right, I should have put Star Wars Saga in the poll...it is at least as popular around here as the archaic Tunnels & Trolls game.
Hey, I'm not judging. I loved that game back in the day.
Since it looks like our 4e group has lost interest in the system (at least for the time being), it's looking like a mix of GR's Song of Ice and Fire, Swashbucklers of the 7 Skies, maybe some Hollow Earth Expedition or Spirit of the Century.
What's that? Not ringing a bell, and it sounds cool.

I started running a Mutants & Masterminds superhero game recently which will probably continue thru the summer. The PCs are a team of global scope, like StormWatch. So far they've faced the Vegetable Collective, Zeno the Super-Gorilla, a J-Horror ghost, the Paradise Twins, Armada and the Feral virus.

You are lucky.
I wish I had somone to do a solo game with.

Yeah, I know how that is. Getting together everyone is a pain. Everyone has jobs or is busy otherwise.

Arcana Evolved
Pendragon
Earthdawn (on hiatus, waiting for new rules releases)
nWoD
A Song of Ice and Fire RPG
...maybe we'll finish that Trail of Cthulhu game someday? Not holding my breath here.
