So I downloaded this adventure yesterday, and I must be blind, but I can't find anywhere in the module where it tells you what level this is for and what level the PCs might be at it's conclusion.
Also, it mentions fifteen parcels on page 6:

But there's only ten parcels identified in the sidebar. What are the other parcels, and is it safe to assume, then, that the PCs will go up a level and a half?
