While waiting for the poll to change, shall just write my answer. I'm currently playing:
4th Edition D&D
Cthulhutech
I am hoping of starting another New World of Darkness game soon, either a Geist game (coming out soon), or get around to doing a full Hunter game. Also Eclipse Phase if it does come out soon (supposed to be coming out soon). Also a Shadowrun Anniversary Edition game when Cthulhutech is done.

We're pretty much playing 3.5E exhaustively right now. I wouldn't mind playing other stuff, but we don't really have the time or inclination to change right now.
We played some RQIII last year, and agreed to go back to D&D, so it isn't like we haven't tried something different...
I voted that I play 3E, but I also play Pathfinder in equal measure (and perhaps will play it more once the final version comes out), but I picked 3E, because it is the basis for Pathfinder anyway (and because the final version of Pathfinder is not out yet). This poll really needs to be multiple-choice.
I voted 4e since its the only game I'm currently playing.

Urgh... knew I forgot something. Could a kindly moderator please change the poll to be multiple select rather than single choice, please?
I didn't know they could do that. Anyhoo, until the poll gets fixed/redone...
Our flagship game system is 3.5E...at our table, it is the standard by which all other games are compared. We've only got a couple more games left in this adventure path I'm running, though.
Occasionally we will play some Mouseguard, when we want something that focuses more on roleplaying and less on min-maxing. It's hard to act like a world-beating RPG badass when you are a mouse. :P
We might be switching over to Pathfinder once our 3.5E campaign wraps up. We've been doing a little bit of playtesting every now and then with the Beta release, with no complaints so far.
But I've been cooking up a Final Fantasy III campaign setting, as well. Right now, it is a houseruled 3.5E game with cherry-picked elements of Eberron and Pathfinder. It won't be ready to play until much later, but I'm having a lot of fun developing it.
