I'm running two OD&D games (one regularly, one sporadically). Also recently played Labyrinth Lord, Call of Cthulhu, Stormbringer, and Swords & Wizardry. Will be playing some AD&D (1e) at the North TX RPG Con.
Would love to play some Gamma World or Traveller...

I am playing D&D 4E solo with the wife (2 campaigns, one I GM, one she does).
Our weekly group plays Hero. Originally published as Champions in '81, and we play 5th edition.
I didn't click "other superhero game", but rather "other RPG" because while we do play supers with it, we also do Fantasy, SF and other genres.

Currently NWoD (Changeling) and 7th Sea (the system ... not the setting -- love the system for swashbuckling, but loathe Theat -- back to New Mavarga).
Other options available as time goes on.

I play Hero System: Champions on Thursdays. Yes I play Ra the sun god in that. On Saturdays I alternate between two groups and play 4e (Wizard) and 3.5e (Warblade/Wizard/Jade Phoenix Mage). Then about once a month another game comes up that is usually an obscure "and often better" than the RPG's I weekly play and I play in that too. And the crazy thing is my favorite system is sitting on the shelf (Savage Worlds)!
4E has rituals, use them, they're magic; Want to see the greatest thing you will ever see? then click; You can use “Earth” as a D&D setting; Origins of The Rouse; (look for it) The Rouse responds; (look for it) One can appreciate both old and new D&D.
Currently I am playing in: a Basic D&D game that has been going on for decades; a 3.x D&D game that I am running; a Traveller game (LBB) that I am playing in off and on; a DragonQuest game that we hope to start in the coming weeks; and a game I could not classify, because I am playtesting a game that I am co-author of that is coming out later this year.

Right now, I'm only DMing an online v.3.5 PbP campaign here at EN World. Here are the games I'm hoping to play sometime soon...
BECMI D&D
Mutants and Masterminds
OSRIC
Pathfinder
True20
I'd probably start out by being a player, first; although, I could see myself DMing a v.3.5/Pathfinder hybrid game at some point.

Running a 4e game and starting up a SIFRP game (was jazzed up for a Star Wars game, but became unjazzed reading the Saga rules. Maybe I need to pull out the ol' WEG books...)
Barely enough time for playing D&D these days let alone other fun games

The games my group is playing:
AD&D (1ed)- occasional forays into the past for the fogie of the group (me)
D&D (3.5 ed)
Shadowrun (4th ed)
Assassin X (EN Publishing)
Rifts
Recon (the original version)
Demon Hunter (Dead Gentlemen Productions & Margaret Weiss Productions)
We play 3.5ed every other weekend when the entire group can be involved, and the others on the off weekends in no particular order... whatever someone wants to run.
Other games we have in the queue:
Car Wars (the original)
Superhero (whichever strikes us that week)
Battletech (Classic)
Ghost Busters (d20)
anything else that might come up

Our flagship game system is 3.5E...at our table, it is the standard by which all other games are compared. We've only got a couple more games left in this adventure path I'm running, though. After then, I won't be playing anything regularly.
Occasionally we will play some Mouseguard, when we want something that focuses more on roleplaying and less on min-maxing. It's hard to act like a world-beating RPG badass when you are a mouse. :P
We might be switching over to Pathfinder once our 3.5E campaign wraps up. We've been doing a little bit of playtesting every now and then with the Beta release, with no complaints so far.
But I've been cooking up a Final Fantasy III campaign setting, as well. Right now, it is a houseruled 3.5E game with cherry-picked elements of Eberron and Pathfinder. It won't be ready to play until much later, but I'm having a lot of fun developing it.
Hey, I didn't add "James Bond 007" by Victory Games, either!
To a very large extent, the games on the list are based on my own experiences of RPGing. Warhammer is a game that I define by the miniature wargame and I tend not to think of the RPG at all. So... the surprising absence of it from the list.
My only excuse for forgetting Call of Cthulhu I can't remember. Unfortunately, that part of my brain is affected by a trauma block occurred during a trip to Antarctica in one con event.
If (When) I do this poll again, there'll be a bunch of games like Warhammer that will be included.
I thought I was the only person on the planet running that game. We pull it out whenever we are missing too many players or we need a break from whatever. My players love it, and it's been a lot of fun to run.
