Deeds not Words. Where can I find it?

I read the review of Deeds not Words some time ago, and would like to obtain a copy. The review does not link to the product, which now seems to be abandonware.

Anybody know where i can get a copy?

I'm not entirely sure what the history of this is, but my understanding is that the person behind Phoenix Project was basically given/bought the rights to Deeds Not Words. You can get a copy of the rules here:

Basically, even though everyone's enamored with Mutants & Masterminds, this particular project is still chugging along.
