Good, system-indpendent, space adventure settings?

What good, largely system-independent, space adveture settings are out there? In terms of fluff to crunch ratio, I'm looking at about 10:1 (I already have plenty of systems that can do generic space adventure and that I enjoy just fine). Also, old-school products should not be counted out — I'm collecting the old Space Opera sector guides to this end, for example. So, I'm aware of those modules and the new-ish Spinward Marches book from Mongoose, but what else have I missed?

Steve Jackson Games made a few, GURPS: Unnight and the Space Atlas series were relatively system light.

I had forgotten about the Space Atlas series, but have never heard of Unnight. GURPS and I didn't get on very well until I decided to settle on GURPS Lite and add rules from supplements as needed, so I fear I probably missed out on a lot of good GURPS products over the years. I'll have to check that out! Thanks for the heads up!
