I love the fact that Elan's worried about telling Haley, not because he feels guilty or is afraid she'll overreact, but because he knows he's going against narrative convention.
Well, when V teleported in to the Throne Room, Team Evil thought it was the beginning of a major Elven assault instead of a lone assailant. Apparently the idea of elven intervention in this war has crossed his mind, so it probably won't be a total surprise.
The "One Saving Throw at a time" bit was classic, and a nice reminder of just how cool O'Chul is.
Once again, the sending was exactly twenty-five words long.
