Looks like it could be a cool website, but I'm not so sure I want to make contributions after reading the terms of use. I was just about to register when I decided that maybe I should actually read them instead of just clicking on accepting the terms. After reading them I decided not to sign up. They sound a little too much like contributions become property of the site, or at a minimum preclude a submitter from ever using or publishing them in another product or on another site. That may not be the intention but the terms of use seem a little too vague on that and a little too much like granting the site very general, blanket rights (which may make the site defacto owner of submissions). I'm not a lawyer, but that's the way it reads for me.

Perhaps the terms of use should have a statement specifically stating that any submissions remain the property of the submitters, and the submitter retains all rights to use the material as they wish. I wish you luck and success with the site, but without such a statement or clarification I think I'll be taking a big pass on your site.

This thread was started just before ENWorld started to poop out and didn't get much attention. Varl hasn't been back since ENWorld started working again either.

Just wondering what everyone elses take is on this website and whether I'm way off base on my reservations or not.

I didn't read the terms of service, but this is too generic for me unless they start creating up some categories and not just rules, but other things like NPC's, monsters, magic items, adventures (adventures, not encounters), and so on.

Of course, cater to as many of the mainstream games as possible like 4e, 3.x, Pathfinder, Warhammer, etc.
