Recommend a free or PDF "delve"

I thought I'd like to run a quick three room delve and can't run to the bookstore in Madison for the official Dungeon Delve book. Can anyone recommend something similar online?

For the free stuff, maybe you should check out the 1 page dungeons from the Chatty DM. RPG Now has a ton of stuff that you can buy.

I wasn't sure if anyone else even produces Dungeon Delve-like adventures. I'm not sure how popular they were, based on the fact there hasn't been a second one. I sometimes wondered if Dave Noonan got fired from Wizards because the book didn't sell (I'm sure somebody who understands the Amazon best-seller list will show up in a moment and prove me wrong).

I buy pretty much everything WotC puts out, and I almost didn't buy Dungeon Delve. In retrospect, I could have easily skipped it.

A little hunting may turn up a few playable Delves on the Wizards site.
Here's one for 3rd level (characters and all)...

Dungeon Delve Excerpt: Orc Stronghold

You can download the adventure (and pregen characters too) from the 2007 Game Day:

You could check out some of the RPGA adventures. Some of them could easily be cut down a little or even added to. Some of them could be grouped together and some of them are longer form than 4 hours.

Living Forgotten Realms Adventures

At the bottom you'll find links to pdfs listing the adventures.

Aside from the reliance on dungeon tiles it's not a bad book. The idea is sound, at the very least they should publish 2-3 delves a month online.

Many of these could be stripped down into a Delve

Keep on the Shadowfell

Kyber's Harvest

Treasure of Talon Pass

Also there are a ton of adventures in Dungeon 151-158 that are free to download here
