I think good groups tend to show up in player-oriented material, and the emphasis is on benefits that they can provide to the PCs, e.g. feats and powers that the PCs can learn from them, while evil groups tend to show up in DM-oriented material, and the emphasis is on using them as adversaries.

First, I haven't read the article yet. I plan to in the next few days.

That said, reading the side bars in Divine Power gave a pretty good indication that the Raven Queen leaned more towards the Evil side of Unaligned than the Good side. She seemed like the archetypical ambitious human seizing power by any means necessary in the fluff provided in DP.

Such as the Raven Knights in the Raven Queen's Champions. Bahamut's Champions doesn't have any outright groups, but it's pretty silly to claim that there are no good options for Bahamut or the RQ when they have their own Channel Divinity articles.

Church of the Grey Feather is great, I approve.

And the MM3 cover is neat. I hadn't seen that.
